According to Wikipedia, thermal paper is a special fine paper that is coated with a material formulated to change color when exposed to heat. Usually, the coating will turn black when heated.
Most of the store receipts & EFTPOS receipts are printed on thermal paper. Thermal paper are suitable for thermal printers, such as B Print.
What is bond paper?
According to Wikipedia, bond paper is a high-quality durable writing paper similar to bank paper but having a weight greater than 50 g/m2. Bond paper are used on dot matrix printers (such as kitchen printers, where the paper is exposed to heat). There are 1-ply, 2-ply, & 3-ply bond paper available to suit your needs.
Note: bond paper is especially suitable for Dot Matrix Printers.
